What the service does

Scopras reads publicly available pages and files belonging to an address you supply, and reports where the sources describing a product disagree. It is read-only: it does not modify your store, your theme, your feed or your listings, and it never will without a separate, explicit agreement.

What you are agreeing to

What a finding is, and is not

A finding is a statement about data that was published at the moment we read it, with the excerpt that produced it. Every finding carries a way for you to confirm it yourself, because that is the standard we hold it to.

Some findings refer to consumer-protection rules — the EU Omnibus directive and Türkiye’s price-labelling regulation among them. This is not legal advice. It is a measurement of what your own systems published, and what you do about it is a decision for you and your advisers.

Scopras does not estimate lost revenue and will not. Where a figure appears, it is the difference between two observed numbers, and the page says which two.

Availability

The free scanner is offered as-is and without a service level. It may be rate limited, paused or changed.

Founding audits

A founding audit is a one-off, manually reviewed service, not scheduled monitoring or a subscription. Its price is shown before payment and checkout is processed by Stripe. An order is treated as paid only after Stripe confirms the payment to Scopras. The audit covers the scope agreed for that order and reports observations with evidence; it does not guarantee a particular number of findings or a business outcome. Questions about an order can be sent to yusufegeusta07@gmail.com.

Catalogue monitoring subscriptions

Store Monitoring covers one authorised store and up to 500 product addresses. Agency Monitoring covers the higher store and product limits shown before checkout. Scopras periodically discovers public product addresses and schedules read-only observations. Discovery and checks are bounded, so a newly added or very large catalogue is processed as a queue rather than promised as an instant complete scan.

An alert means two complete observations made by the same engine version differed. A failed request, incomplete response or ruleset change is not reported as a store change. You can change or cancel billing through Polar’s customer portal. Cancellation stops new monitoring work when paid access ends; existing account data remains available until you remove the monitor or delete the account.

Audit work starts after you submit the scope form and we confirm its boundary with you. If checkout is cancelled or cannot be verified, no audit order is created. Questions or corrections about an order should be sent before the scope is confirmed. If Stripe reports a refund or payment dispute, work may be paused until the payment state is resolved.

Your account and your data

You may delete your account at any time, which deletes the scans filed against it. What is held while it exists is described in the privacy page.

Liability

Scopras reports observations. Decisions you make from them — pricing, listings, feeds, store configuration — remain yours, and we are not liable for the outcome of those decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent the law permits.
